Directing and managing the operational activities (both production and administrative) within the designated Area.
Setting and upholding organizational objectives and benchmarks for performance, expansion, and exceptional customer service.
Evaluating and supporting the effectiveness of individual centers and the overall area.
Providing clear expectations along with essential tools, training, and information to each Center Manager.
Identifying potential acquisition and development opportunities to support the company’s growth.
Building and nurturing relationships with these prospects.
Recruiting skilled candidates for potential positions and creating a talent pipeline for high-quality hires.
Ensuring that our center team members are executing vehicle repairs thoroughly, safely, and profitably in alignment with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Requirements: 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
Prior leadership experience is essential.
A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy are required.
Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Collision Estimatics.
Prior experience with CCC1 is necessary.
Ability to report on financial metrics is crucial.
Comprehensive knowledge of the repair process and procedures.
Capability to comprehend instructions – both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to a dynamic environment.
Provide friendly and personable customer service to both internal and external clients.
Ability to engage in consistent physical activity – reaching above and below shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
