Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the delivery of exceptional services to a designated client.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: $22.95 per hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly or Daily

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License as per AU Driver Policy
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years
  • Prior supervisory experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills are mandatory
  • Resume submission is required
  • Experience in scheduling is preferred
  • Familiarity with access control systems
  • Comfortable using computers or tablets
  • Background in customer service is beneficial
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
  • Typical working hours: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM
Key Responsibilities

The Security Site Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating the delivery of high-quality services to the assigned client.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, Operations Managers, and security personnel.
  • Managing site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions within the authorized empowerment range.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local laws.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required as a condition of employment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Intermediate computer skills are necessary to operate advanced, wireless technology at client-specific locations.
  • Ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficient in using scheduling and billing software to generate reports that require interpretation and action for effective business management.
  • Enforcing contract standards and administering site safety programs that outline specific hazards for security personnel.
  • Preparedness to participate in unemployment hearings as needed.
  • Upholding Allied Universal's policies as detailed in the employee handbooks and executive memos.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including cold, rain, or heat.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 40 pounds may be required.
  • Capability to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as necessary during shifts.
  • Ability to stand or walk on various surfaces for extended periods.
