Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to a designated client.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: $22.95 per hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly or Daily

Key Responsibilities

The Security Site Supervisor will:

  • Supervise site personnel and coordinate operations to maintain high service standards.
  • Act as a key liaison among clients, Operations Managers, and security staff.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and necessary disciplinary actions within the approved guidelines.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
  • Meet any applicable licensing requirements as mandated by state and local regulations.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Possess intermediate computer skills to effectively utilize advanced technology at client sites.
  • Be equipped to manage crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Utilize scheduling and billing software to generate necessary reports for effective management.
  • Enforce contractual standards and administer site safety protocols.
  • Participate in unemployment hearings as required.
  • Adhere to Allied Universal's policies as outlined in official documentation.
  • Be capable of working in various environmental conditions, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing or walking for extended periods.
Work Environment

The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM.
