Position: Technical Training Specialist

This role involves engaging in the execution and oversight of extensive technical service training initiatives. The individual will also support the creation, production, and dissemination of essential training materials and tools necessary for effective service training programs.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, primarily office-based with potential for remote work.

Compensation: $30 - $32 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical training programs and establish measurement standards.
  • Assist in the development of necessary curricula and training resources.
  • Support the creation and production of training aids.
  • Maintain a current technical library to serve as a resource for educational programs.
  • Oversee the technical training calendar.
  • Manage training levels for all field personnel.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of skill levels.
  • Develop and implement a grading, measurement, and reporting system for skillsets.
  • Enhance document control processes and improve turnaround times.
  • Ensure timely and accurate training records.
  • Consolidate travel requirements for operational efficiency.
  • Review CRM and field performance to provide feedback for training improvements.
  • Assist in integrating training matrices, tools, documentation, and checklists into the CRM system.
  • Regularly communicate with managers and technical staff to gather updates on new procedures, product changes, and applications.
  • Work proficiently with Excel and other Microsoft applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and training sessions.
  • Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and organizational goals.
  • Ability to manage expenses and travel logistics effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Maintains a clean and safe driving record.
