Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care according to organizational policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families, providing education and support throughout their treatment journey.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and communicate patient care plans.
- Develop and maintain contact with cellular therapy patients to eliminate barriers for timely treatment.
- Provide patients with resources and linkages, including community support and assistance in meeting transplant-related needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical data required by regulatory parties for cellular therapy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- RN Licensure within the State of Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC)
- American Heart Association BLS
- 3-5 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology or Bone Marrow Transplant
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Specialty Certification within 2 years of hire
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical, deduction, and anticipation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Conflict management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
