Your Responsibilities

Nasdaq manages thousands of indexes utilized by various investment vehicles worldwide, including our flagship Nasdaq-100, thematic investments, quantitative strategies, ESG initiatives, and emerging markets.

The Index Client Services team serves as the primary contact for our esteemed clients, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and continuously enhancing the client experience, distinguishing our offerings in the marketplace.

We are seeking a Client Services Analyst to join our expanding team, supporting some of the largest financial institutions globally. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and ever-evolving environment where your proactive and persistent approach is recognized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients utilizing Nasdaq indexes and related products.
  • Support institutional partners disseminating Nasdaq indexes through their platforms.
  • Address daily inquiries regarding index data and products.
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring client expectations and key metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to define business and system requirements, implementing processes to enhance interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute proactive communications regarding index news and updates.
  • Document insights from client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the global Index Client Services team on initiatives aimed at improving the client experience.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in conjunction with sales teams, coordinating access to all entitled data and services.
  • Analyze and communicate client concerns related to Nasdaq product offerings to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the market data industry.
  • Understanding of equity indices and financial data.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or related tools.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
