Your Responsibilities:

  • Designing physical architectures for high-performance, energy-efficient processors and processor-based subsystems, targeting aggressive power and performance metrics for diverse end-user applications.
  • Creating advanced EDA tools and design methodologies to facilitate these processor implementations.
  • Collaborating closely with key Synopsys clients in their development of processor-based platforms utilizing cutting-edge silicon technologies and Synopsys tools and methodologies.
  • Working in tandem with Synopsys R&D and marketing teams to influence product definitions effectively.
  • Engaging with our primary IP partners to ensure seamless interaction between EDA tools, methodologies, and IP, enabling customers to deliver unique products promptly.
  • Actively participating in account strategy and review meetings, conducting hands-on competitive benchmarks, and researching innovative solutions to the complex challenges of delivering power-sensitive implementations of high-performance processor subsystems.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position across the U.S. is between $150,000 and $226,000. Additionally, this role may qualify for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys provides a comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits package as part of a competitive total rewards offering. The actual compensation will be determined based on various job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
