You will manage the complete loan origination process, from the first interaction to seamlessly handing off the file to the operations team for final processing and closure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads from diverse sources, including direct mail, call center referrals, and incoming inquiries, ensuring a consistent flow of 7-10 opportunities daily, while adapting to market dynamics.
  • Prioritize building and sustaining enduring relationships with clients by delivering an outstanding experience through direct phone communication.
  • Evaluate financial and credit information of prospective clients, identify their financing goals, and guide them towards appropriate products and services.
  • Advise on loan terms, inform clients about loan commitments, and secure their agreement to proceed with the application process.
  • Accurately compile the loan file and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team for processing and closure.
  • Maintain a high volume of phone interactions throughout the day, engaging in both incoming and outgoing calls to maximize unique client opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability by adhering to established processes and procedures to effectively connect with real clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to guarantee a seamless loan experience, from initial contact to closing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by possessing comprehensive knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote our company's distinctive services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Conduct research and stay informed about market rates and trends to provide better consultation to clients.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Qualifications:

Licensing: NMLS license is mandatory.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a preference for candidates with D2C lending experience.
  • Mortgage experience, particularly in refinancing, is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce or capable of quickly learning new systems.
  • Strong understanding of loan guidelines, processes, and mortgage products.
