Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Quirch Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, develop, and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales results.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Financial and business analytical skills.
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AS 400.
  • Category and product knowledge.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Pricing and cost-to-retail skills.
