We are seeking an experienced and results-driven High School Sports Partnership Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strategic partnerships with high school sports organizations.

About the Job

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This is a full-time position that requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for high school athletics. As a Partnership Development Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to grow our partnership portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new partners and retain existing ones
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within high school sports organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized partnership proposals and activation plans
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform partnership development strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related field (high school, college, events, conferences)
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
