Job Summary:
This Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist will assist 2-days a week on Monday and Friday on-site. The role will need to provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and staff courteously and professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary
  • Schedule appointments for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth workflow and satisfaction
  • Adhere to all office policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and office procedures

Education Requirements:
High School diploma or GED is required
