As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer and direct phone calls, taking and relaying messages as needed
- Provide information to callers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness, ensuring the safety of our customers and staff
