Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Services Coordinator. This role will provide ongoing assistance and training to DIR Division liaisons relating to records management best practices, creating and maintaining records retention schedules, and coordinating the transfer, storage, and destruction of records from DIR offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on records management best practices and procedures
  • Develop and maintain records retention schedules and ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Coordinate the transfer, storage, and destruction of records from DIR offices
  • Manage and administer service contracts for the Branch's Business Service's needs
  • Assist with procurement and fleet efforts for the branch
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have excellent customer service skills, experience with records management, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid telework environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of records management best practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
