Job Title: Business Services Coordinator

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a highly motivated and independent individual to act as the Department's Records Management Coordinator.

The successful candidate will provide ongoing assistance and training to DIR Division liaisons relating to records management best practices, creating and maintaining records retention schedules, and coordinating the transfer, storage, and destruction of records from DIR offices.

The Business Services Team provides opportunities for creativity and problem-solving, and the successful candidate will join a team of professionals supporting the DIR's mission to improve working conditions for employees in California.

The ideal candidate will have experience with records management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid telework environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide records management assistance and training to DIR Division liaisons
  • Coordinate the transfer, storage, and destruction of records from DIR offices
  • Manage and administer service contracts for the Branch's Business Service's needs
  • Assist with procurement and fleet efforts for the branch

Requirements:

  • Experience with records management
