Claims Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Representative to join our team at the American Automobile Association. As a Claims Service Representative, you will be responsible for adjusting insurance claims, providing exceptional customer service, and interpreting policy and identifying coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Adjust insurance claims in a fair and timely manner
- Provide legendary customer service to our insured members
- Interpret policy and identify coverage
- Assess claims and negotiate settlement
- Train on claims processing procedures and systems
- Attend a 6-week training program on insurance claims handling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- No prior claims experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adjust to change
