Job Title: Credit/Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit/Collections Specialist to join our team at RemX. As a Credit/Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing credit lines, collecting and maintaining vendor accounts, and performing business-to-business collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply acceptable credit lines and payment terms to new customers and/or supplier accounts
  • Collection and maintenance of vendor accounts
  • Business to business collections
  • Follow up correspondence, resolution, and escalation of overdue accounts
  • Researching credit history
  • Perform regular review of customer accounts to manage risk
  • Makes recommendations on bad credit line management
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have Business to Business experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Intermediate Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical skills
