Job Overview

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee organizational contract development and management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract strategies to ensure organizational compliance and integrity.
  • Manage contract development, negotiation, and administration, including pricing and contract preparation.
  • Interface with external and internal customers to ensure timely and effective contract execution.
  • Monitor contract performance and detect issues related to contract administration and proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure contract requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of contract management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Understanding of business case and financial/analytical issues.

This is a contingent position requiring contract award, client approval, and Public Trust / High Risk clearance.
