About the Role

Boulder Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Associate / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in the ICU setting. As a dedicated patient caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Perform vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Assist with patient mobility, including repositioning and transferring patients
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the Registered Nurse
  • Document patient information and vital signs in the medical record
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • CNA certification or equivalent certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
