Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering essential daily care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing routine nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Participating in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Upholding resident rights and dignity.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of a 10th-grade education.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state regulations.
- Vaccination status compliant with state requirements.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and competency examination.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Work Environment:

Compensation:
