Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering essential daily care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Providing routine nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Upholding resident rights and dignity.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of a 10th-grade education.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state regulations.
  • Vaccination status compliant with state requirements.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and competency examination.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Work Environment:

Compensation:
