Job Summary

The Sales Support Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned product categories, providing expert guidance and support to internal and external customers. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Provide product training and support to sales teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Working Conditions

This role will be performed in a typical office environment, with occasional travel required for training and support. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
