Position Overview

Role Summary:

We are in search of a highly qualified and driven Project Engineer specializing in Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) to manage extensive projects and oversee MRO procurement at our facility. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in engineering project management, complemented by substantial experience in MRO purchasing within a manufacturing or industrial context.

Key Duties:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate engineering projects effectively.
  • MRO Procurement: Handle purchasing processes related to maintenance and repair operations.
  • Engineering Supervision: Provide technical guidance and oversight on engineering tasks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports related to project progress.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and MRO procurement within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong grasp of engineering principles and project management techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience within the specific industry of Precision Castparts Corp.
