As an EHS Co-op, you will assist in projects related to environmental health and safety conditions of the workplace, including state and federal regulatory programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining environmental health and safety programs and procedures
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain records and reports related to environmental health and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and education to employees on environmental health and safety procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in environmental science, occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental/civil engineering, chemical/safety engineering, or a related field
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate breaks and school schedule
