The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk. This individual will assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in providing exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive and courteous service to guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
- Assisting with room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs
- Managing front desk operations, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the front desk team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
