Business Operations Coordinator

Pavion and its affiliated companies are a family of businesses seeking an organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our fire business unit.
Estimated Salary Range$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheets, filing paperwork, answering phone calls, processing accounts payable/receivable data entry, qualifying and redirecting calls to the appropriate departments, and maintaining contact between office and field staff. Additionally, they will assist with various office duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; High School Diploma or GED with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience also accepted.
- Must have prior Microsoft Office experience.
In addition to these basic requirements, preferred qualifications include an Associate degree or higher, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience with ERP management software, proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook, strong computer skills with typing ability, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
