Job Summary

The Director of Human Resources & Business Support is responsible for executing the Human Resources Business Plan, aligning with the company's strategic delivery of HR services. This role requires a high level of HR generalist knowledge and expertise to manage talent acquisition, succession, and workforce planning, as well as performance management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and monitor engagement survey-related activities.
  • Champion and build the talent management ranks in support of property and region diversity strategy.
  • Translate business priorities into property HR strategies, plans, and actions.
  • Implement and sustain HR initiatives at the property.
  • Facilitate the human capital review process and lead succession planning activities.
  • Collaborate on the assessment of the property's leadership pipeline through the human capital review process.
  • Create value through proactive approaches that affect performance outcomes or control costs.
  • Monitor the effective use of HR Management System tools by property managers and associates.
  • Advocate HR strategy and execution.
  • Serve as a resource for initiatives with high associate impact.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years' experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years' experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
