Network Control Technician

Equifax is a leading provider of data, analytics, and technology solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Network Control Technician to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our network systems, ensuring the highest level of performance and availability. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer networking and a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • CompTIA Network+ or A+ certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Bomgar, PuTTY, and WinSCP
  • At least 1 year of experience with a ticket system, Service Now preferred
  • High school diploma required
