Network Control Specialist

At Equifax, we're looking for a skilled Network Control Technician to join our team. This individual will serve as the first line of defense on a 24/7 support team, resolving system and network problems, and responding to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex network, systems, or applications processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify trends and suggest improvements in products and processes
- Document clear and precise steps in troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service supporting Windows and Linux-based applications
Requirements:
- Computer networking or related degree
- CompTIA Network+ or A+ Certification
- At least 1 year of experience with Bomgar, PuTTY, WinSCP
- At least 1 year of experience with a ticket system, Service Now preferred
