Role Purpose

Assist in overseeing custodial maintenance and cleaning operations. This role involves supporting the supervision of custodial staff engaged in building cleaning activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams in performing tasks aligned with departmental goals, ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
  • Conduct general cleaning duties as per the established schedule and respond to service requests.
  • Implement team cleaning protocols and maintain security of facilities.
  • Prepare venues for special events and provide necessary cleaning support.
  • Manage emergency clean-up operations as required.
  • Participate in training sessions and maintain equipment inventory.
  • Transport staff and equipment as needed to various locations.
Qualifications

Required: One year of experience in custodial or related fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow written instructions.

Preferred: Over two years of relevant experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency in multiple languages.

Driving Requirements

A valid driver's license is necessary for this position, along with a clean driving record.

Salary Range

$41,600

Working Conditions

Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided. The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions and requires physical stamina.
