About the Role

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive kitchen operations to meet or exceed quality and productivity standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain a fully staffed and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement menu items and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to plan and execute menu development, inventory management, and labor control.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Compensation Range

$20.71 per hour - $33.06 per hour
