Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, using commercial equipment and following established recipes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to specifications and presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or in a similar kitchen role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
