Our commitment to using only the best ingredients has earned us a loyal following, and we're looking for an experienced manager to help us continue to grow and succeed.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Our ideal candidate will be a natural leader who sets the tone for our team and inspires others to follow their example.
- Team Builder: We're looking for someone who can recruit and retain top talent, manage and train our team members, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Organized and Deadline-Oriented: Our manager will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchen and restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting deadlines and driving results.
- Cares about People: We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships with our guests and team members, and who is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Control of Kitchen, Product and Food Ordering: Our manager will be responsible for overseeing the ordering and inventory of our products, as well as ensuring that our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively.
- Strong Business Acumen: We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of business principles and practices, including financial management and people development.
- Performs Restaurant Opening and/or Closing Duties: Our manager will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant is properly opened and closed each day, including tasks such as counting inventory and preparing for the next day's operations.
- Good Understanding of Catering Business Needs: We're looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the catering business and can help us to grow and develop this area of our operations.
Position Requirements
- 5+ Years of High-Volume Restaurant or Related Hospitality Management Experience: We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants or other hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated Success in Financial Management and People Development: Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management and people development, and will be able to apply these skills to help us to grow and succeed.
- Knowledge of Restaurant/Food Safety Procedures: We're looking for someone who is familiar with restaurant and food safety procedures, and who can help us to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Computer and Point of Sale (POS) Skills: Our manager will be responsible for using our POS system to manage our operations, and will need to have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to Work a Minimum of 55 Hours per Week: We're looking for someone who is willing and able to work a minimum of 55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Food Safety Manager Certification: We're looking for someone who has a Food Safety Manager certification, or who is willing to obtain one.
- Strong Organizational Skills and Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills, and will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of our organization.
