Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Checkout Experience: Manage the checkout process, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.
  • E-Commerce Operations: Oversee the execution of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Support and develop our team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 18+ months retail experience, including 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
  • Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
  • Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • Exposure to temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
