This role requires a strong understanding of human capital management and the ability to collaborate with the Executive Team to establish and implement goals, objectives, and strategies to manage human resource related business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish and implement goals, objectives, and strategies to manage human resource related business needs
  • Direct, implement, and control adherence to employment policies and procedures pertaining to employee relations, recruitment and retention, compensation, training, and development
  • Provide support services to administration, department heads, and employees as well as act in an advisory capacity on employee relations issues
  • Monitor, implement, and recommend various labor contracts in conjunction with the Board and members of the Executive Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, Preferred Post graduate degree Highly Desired. OR Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years progressive Human Resources management experience in a managerial or director role in a Healthcare or Hospital organization with a Bachelor's or Post graduate degree. OR Minimum of four (4) years progressive Human Resources management experience in a rural and/or Critical Access Hospital with an Associate's Degree
