Therapeutic Day Treatment Specialist

Wise Enterprise is seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Therapeutic Day Treatment Specialist, you will work with clients to develop and implement individualized service plans, provide trauma-informed interventions, and facilitate individual and family sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
- Complete daily progress notes using BIRP formatting and ensure timely documentation of all treatment activities.
- Coordinate with affiliated case professionals, including school, social services, and mental health providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans, providing quarterly updates and summaries as needed.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, incorporating trauma-informed and person-centered approaches.
- Facilitate team meetings to incorporate input from all relevant professionals and ensure effective service delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related human services field.
- Registration with the Virginia Department of Health Professionals as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Child (QMHP-C) or Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee (QMHP-T).
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record, if applicable.
