Job Title: Therapeutic Day Treatment

Wise Enterprise is seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Therapeutic Day Treatment Specialist, you will work with clients to develop and implement individualized service plans, provide trauma-informed interventions, and facilitate individual and family sessions.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records in accordance with licensing and Medicaid standards.
  • Complete daily progress notes using BIRP formatting and ensure timely documentation of all treatment activities.
  • Coordinate with affiliated case professionals, including school, social services, and mental health providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans, providing quarterly updates and summaries as needed.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions, incorporating trauma-informed and person-centered approaches.
  • Facilitate team meetings to incorporate all valid input into the Individual Service Plan development.
  • Document all treatment activities, including phone calls, weekly family contacts, and care coordination.
  • Ensure ongoing and consistent communication with affiliated case professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related human services field.
  • Registration with the Virginia Department of Health Professionals as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Child (QMHP-C) or Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee (QMHP-T).
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record, if driving personal or company-owned vehicle in the course of work.
