Treatment Team Specialist

At Hallmark Youthcare Richmond Inc, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Treatment Team Specialist on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Provide direct support to clients, including offering crisis intervention, counseling, and support services.
  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Monitor clients' progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families and caregivers.
  • Attend trainings and workshops to stay current on best practices in the field of mental health treatment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a mental health or social services setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Schedule: Part-time position, 16-24 hours weekly.
