Civil Project Engineer

Luxus is seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site and public infrastructure, building, and wastewater/water projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Design and Development: Lead and contribute to the design and development of civil engineering projects, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of design and development, aligning with Luxus's commitment to sustainability and development services.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project efforts across multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D to create precise and efficient design solutions.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant regulations and standards, and obtain necessary approvals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering design, with specific experience in building and wastewater/water projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
