Key Responsibilities
- Designing advanced water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Overseeing engineering tasks on small to medium-sized projects
- Managing budget, schedule, and quality assurance
- Independently addressing technical elements related to civil and environmental engineering
- Participating in proposal development, interviews, and client contract discussions
- Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing projects
- Collaborating with subconsultants
- Engaging in professional organizations and conferences
- Traveling as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in wastewater design with an emphasis on hydraulic, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes
- Professional Engineer license
- Proven track record in managing medium-sized projects while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Expertise in wastewater treatment plant design
- Strong communication skills with clients and project teams
- Ability to deliver exceptional services within project constraints
- Experience with wastewater collection systems and water transmission projects
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
