Become a Surveyor Technician in the United States Army

As a Technical Engineer (12T), you'll play a vital role in construction site development. Your responsibilities will encompass technical investigations, surveys, drafting, and the creation of construction plans and specifications.

You'll utilize digital equipment and software to produce topographic maps and charts, ensuring detailed plans for construction projects are readily available.

Your Role:
  • Supervise and execute construction site development tasks.
  • Conduct technical investigations and surveys.
  • Prepare construction plans and specifications using drafting software.
  • Generate topographic maps and charts using digital equipment and software.

Eligibility Requirements:
