  • External DescriptionAudubon is currently seeking a Survey Technician Lead - Party Chief to join our team.
  • This role will be working in various states including but not limited to the following: TX, OK, PA, MO, KS, LA, ND, SD CO. The Survey Technician Lead - Party Chief reports to the Survey Mapping Manager and Operations Manager.
  • The Survey Technician Lead - Party Chief leads the work of a party engaged in surveying.
  • Works with the company's Registered Land Surveyor or Subcontractor Registered Land Surveyor as needed to provide necessary data and information on projects where the client requires certified plats or drawings.
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead survey crew, operate GPS, conventional total station, data collectors, and other surveying equipment is required.
  • Responsible for submitting time sheets and expense reports to the Business Manager weekly for all members of the survey crew.
  • The Party Chief is responsible for obtaining the appropriate job number to be listed on time sheets and expense reports.
  • Attends kick-off meetings with the Survey Manager and clients as needed.
