Administrative Support Associate

Responsibilities:
* Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information, and respond to inquiries.
* Check and handle all voicemails.
* Greet incoming visitors.
* Input inventory information into our company system.
* Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or three to five years of related experience in an office setting.
* Intermediate computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent customer service skills, patience, and empathy.
* Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
* Hourly pay: $17.00 to $18.00.
* Immediate hire.
