We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Scale Computing. As a key member of our internal support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including server administration, device management, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices
  • Provide technical support and assistance to internal users, troubleshoot issues, and manage tickets efficiently

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Experience with SaaS applications, including Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
