- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to electrical and electronic engineering.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Professional certifications in electrical or electronics engineering.
- Experience in advanced areas such as radar and navigation systems, or electric utilities transmission devices.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Experience leading engineering teams or projects.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental impact analysis in electrical/electronics engineering.
