Key Responsibilities:
The primary function of this role is to assist in managing the admissions product portfolio across our U.S. theme parks. You will deliver precise, timely, and comprehensive financial analysis related to park admission revenue streams. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management, the Revenue Management Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for business opportunities.

  • Generate reports and analytics for park admissions in collaboration with the Marketing and Finance departments.
  • Compile and analyze key performance indicators, providing variance analysis for park performance, including strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Support the implementation of new pricing strategies with internal stakeholders and external consultants to enhance revenue generation.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques and strong communication skills to present complex analytical findings in clear, business-friendly terms that facilitate understanding and action among business partners and senior executives.
  • Develop models for price sensitivity and reporting tools that allow the organization to swiftly adapt to evolving market conditions and customer behavior trends.
  • Propose enhancements to systems and reporting processes to boost operational efficiency and revenue.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in financial or revenue analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills; capable of distilling and communicating actionable insights effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel as required for job responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours to meet team objectives.
