About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our support operations, you will provide expert financial analysis and other analytical work to support transaction management and brokerage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies by developing comprehensive financial models, conducting research, and performing analysis of leases, proposals, and client portfolios.
  • Design and build sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flow in addition to ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional service to our clients by creating analytical tools and cost-effective analysis that can influence lease/purchase decisions.
  • Support client presentations, responses to RFPs, and new business pitches with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team environment.
  • Deliver high-accuracy financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related area.
  • 2-4 years' experience in real estate, capital markets, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Commercial real estate experience.
  • Argus modelling experience.
