Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is to assist in managing the admissions product portfolio across our U.S. theme parks. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis related to park admission revenue streams. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management, the Revenue Management Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming data into insightful reports that empower internal stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding business opportunities.

  • Generate reports and conduct analyses for park admissions products in collaboration with Marketing and Finance teams.
  • Compile key performance indicators and perform variance analysis on park results, including strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Support the implementation of new pricing strategies with internal teams and external consultants to enhance revenue.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques and effective communication skills to present complex analytical findings in a clear manner that facilitates understanding and action by business partners and executives.
  • Develop pricing sensitivity models and reporting tools to swiftly identify and adapt to market changes and customer behavior trends.
  • Propose system and reporting improvements to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial or revenue analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Business Objects, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills; capable of distilling and communicating actionable insights effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting and handle various projects.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for job responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours to meet team objectives.
