Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at REHAU Incorporated in Grand Rapids, MI. This hybrid role will support our Furniture Division, providing innovative surface solutions for high-end kitchens and unique components for the office furniture industry.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage multiple mailboxes related to sales and sales support, ensuring timely responses to customer needs.
  • Set up new accounts in SAP and register customers on our portal.
  • Create leads in Salesforce and forward requests to distributors for processing.
  • Process order registrations, tag orders to distributors, and trigger email notifications for import.
  • Perform all clerical duties relevant to the office, including ordering supplies, handling inbound and outbound mail and packages.
  • Answer inbound phone calls to assist customers or transfer them to the appropriate sales coordinator or AR.
  • Support Marketplace customers/orders and process cc payments.
  • Assist with AP invoices, coding, and working with the AP team.
  • Support sample requests as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience as an Office Support or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented and service-driven individual.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • SAP or Salesforce.com experience a plus.
