About the Job

This Part Time Executive Administrator role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional support to our executives and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Office Functions: Provide administrative support, manage office operations, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  2. Communicate Effectively: Answer the main phone line (15-20 calls per day), provide excellent communication, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  3. Schedule Meetings: Coordinate meetings, arrange travel itineraries, and prepare agendas to ensure smooth meeting execution.
  4. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Proficient in Mail Merge function.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
