Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our high-performing Sales Team at City Wide Facility Solutions in Raleigh, NC. This role offers a lucrative opportunity for a driven individual to excel in new business development and sales.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a similar sales environment. A proven track record of success, strong prospecting skills, and proficiency in CRM systems are essential. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively, work well in a team, and maintain a positive work atmosphere is crucial.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
- Initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding client requirements, and making initial presentations.
- Closing sales by establishing rapport with clients, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
- Maintaining a minimum of 20 hours of weekly prospecting efforts and utilizing CRM systems to manage customer information and relationships.
