Position Overview
Surety Bonds Sales / Revenue Producer - Raleigh NC Metro
Our Client Advisors play a vital role in bringing risk management expertise to clients across various sectors. The primary focus for this role will be on identifying, cultivating, and closing new Surety Bonds business opportunities leveraging our distinctive niche. While the emphasis is on developing Surety Bonds business, you are also empowered to offer risk management solutions to prospective clients, enabling them to access a wide range of services.

You will never have to decline a request for help, and your efforts to generate revenue are recognized and rewarded, extending beyond Surety Bonds to other areas like Employee Benefits, P&C, Wholesale, and Payroll/HR outsourcing.
- Cultivate and develop new Surety Bonds business in an untapped territory based out of the metro area with unlimited expansion potential.
- Engage in various sales and marketing strategies, supported by extensive corporate resources, to move prospects through the sales funnel to closure.
- Leverage World's platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, offering access to a vast array of services, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.
- Prior experience in Surety Bonds business development/sales.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred but not essential. If you're a skilled sales professional who thrives in diverse environments, we'd love to hear from you.
- Relevant insurance licenses are required.

Your compensation is tied directly to your performance and effort. We offer a base salary plus commissions as well as a comprehensive suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that vests immediately. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 to $200,000+ per annum, dependent on experience and ability to drive revenue growth. As your book of business expands, so does your potential to significantly exceed the top end of this range.
